Urban-Tech ships to most European Union member states.

Carriers

We work with the following carriers to deliver your order: bpost, DHL, GLS, DPD, and PostNL. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

• Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 1–2 business days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
